Main choice of


Confit duck maryland W sweet potato and roasted garlic gnocchi, cranberry compote, pak choy and ginger infused jus

Braised then roasted pork belly W rich cauliflower cream, seared fresh Hervey Bay scallops, port prunes, pencil leeks and jus

Seared beef fillet W pancetta and caramelised leek rosti, sautéed spinach leaves and piperade salsa

Rich chocolate tart with white chocolate mousse, pistachio praline and chocolate macaroon
